A 5-day Spiritual Retreat with Sacchidanandaprem Acharya Swamin

OVERVIEW

It is an opportunity to energetically transform your life into divinity with the integrated joyful spiritual journey that enables you to personally experience the deepest level of your being and your inner potential energy. The collective spiritual methods of this retreat promote the emergence of pure consciousness in spiritual depth which gives mind-body-spirit healing.

We will visit several ancient sacred places, megalithic prehistoric monumental temples constructed during the 4th millennium BC in Malta (& Gozo): 1. Ġgantija, 2. Ħaġar Qim, 3. Mnajdra, Skorba, 4. Ta’ Ħaġrat and 5. Tarxien. We will also have a sightseeing tour of Valletta and Mdina and visit churches.

We will practice and do rituals for uplifting and awakening our all-potential energy which is offered by cosmic energy in an atmosphere of intensive inner tranquility by methods facilitated by Saaachidanandaprem Acharya Swamin.

The retreat approaches the most transformative spiritual exploration in your life through meditative practices of ancient Vedic knowledge. Through intensive practices uncover the inner wisdom, peace, love, infinite joy, and awareness that arises from the ultimate potential within. It cultivates the holistic well-being of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual states.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN

In the retreat, these programs consist of the following practices:

1. Mantra recitations, Yoga & Pranayam: Practices of body awakening and balancing of inner energies through breathing exercises.
2. Releasing toxins and negativity by five elements cleansing rituals.
3. Meditative practices for healing: loving yourself, embodying your sexual energy, opening your heart and mind, being in a relationship, and removing negative emotions.
4. The energy balancing ritual: to let go of the burden of repressed emotions, feelings of guilt, and self-harming attitude.
5. Yagna (Fire ritual) for fulfilling all potential possibilities and wishes and to remove all negative obstacles from life.
6. Harmonizing the body-mind-emotion into inner-self by singing and listening to the natural sound instrument’s vibration.
7. Negative energy cleansing ritual bath/swim in the sea.

REGISTRATION

1. Registration opens on 15 February 2024.
2. Donation € 650 per person, including retreat costs, breakfast, accommodation, and transportation in Malta.
   (Return flight tickets are not included. Flight ticket purchasing details: Arriving and departing place is the Malta Airport. Buy a ticket that you land at on 07 June. And the flight departure date should be on 12 June.)

4. Applications are processed on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. We will send you a confirmation of your registration within two days after receiving a non-refundable € 350 advance deposit via bank transfer.
6. For delicious food in Malta, lunch and dinner are not included but we can choose meals from several restaurants there.
7. You will be staying in a hotel or Airbnb apartment, in a shared room with one person.
